By placing an order with us, you confirm your agreement to the terms and conditions below. Should you have any questions about these terms we suggest you contact us prior to placing the order.

Worried about buying on-line - then don't be! At Training Lines we offer our customers state of the art e-commerce security through RBS WorldPay. All credit card and debit card transactions on our shopping area are protected so you can relax and enjoy the on-line shopping experience.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Training Lines, and are happy to offer a refund or replacement of items returned to us subject to the terms and conditions below
Order Cancellation and Returns:
You can cancel all or part of your order for any reason and at any time up to 7 working days after delivery (ie, when the goods are signed for) by contacting us using the details here. You will be refunded in full for the part(s) of your order you wish to return, including your original postage where applicable.
Returns must be made as soon as possible after you notify us of your cancellation, and at your expense, to the address above. In some cases we can arrange to have items collected from you, and you will be charged accordingly for carriage.
A copy of your delivery note or a covering letter giving your name, address, and order number should be included with your return, and we recommend that you use a recorded service.
You have a duty of care for any goods you intend to return to us. They must be clean, unused, complete and undamaged, with labels still attached. Please also include the original product packaging, and any free gifts that were included.
You are at liberty to cancel even after the 7 day period, although goods must be received by us no later than 15 working days after delivery (except Christmas gifts, where we allow a reasonable time after Christmas for goods to reach us). Your refund will not include your original postage.
Faulty or Incorrect Goods
If you receive incorrect, damaged, or incomplete goods from us, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can put things right as quickly as possible.
If an item is faulty through manufacturing defect and within the manufacturers warranty period, please contact us. We will agree with you the best way to return the item, and whether to send a replacement (subject to availability) or issue a refund.
Exceptions
We regret that we cannot accept cancellations or returns on items that are 'special order', customised (eg, imprinted clickers), foodstuffs (dog treats and the like), or CDs and DVDs, unless faulty.

All prices are inclusive of VAT
Our minimum order value is £5.00.

To pay by cheque
At the checkout select 'Cheque' as your payment method and fill in the required details regarding billing and delivery. Once you submit your order, you will receive a confirmation email which you should print and send with your cheque (payable to Training Lines) to the address on our Contact Us page (click HERE for details).

To pay by credit card
We accept all major debit and credit cards. Select 'Credit or Debit Card' as your method of payment, and when you submit your order, a browser will take you to the Worldpay secure payment site.
Alternatively, you can select the payment method of "None - I'll contact you with my payment details", and then call us.
