Cujo 25 and 40 Leads~Shock absorbing leads with the unique 'pyramid pull' system handle.~Big Dog leashes are designed specifically for comfort of both owner and pet. The shock-absorbing core has elastic properties; it acts between owner and pet to prevent the pets' pull from being direct. This means there is no jolting action, which can cause shoulder strain and/or back-pain for owners as well as neck strain for the pet. The shock absorbing core makes this lead perfect for use in combination with sports like bike riding or jogging.

All of the Cujo handles incorporate the Pyramid pull system, which stops the hand from being pinched and evenly distributes the pet's load across the hand. This handle, in conjunction with the shock-absorbing properties, provides the perfect amount of control and comfort.

The Halti Harness is a new concept to the world of dogs where you take control with little effort or need for skill.

Designed by Dr Roger Mugford, the Halti Harness stops pulling, calms over-boisterous dogs and simplifies training and behavioural therapy. It steers the dog from the chest: an efficient point of control.

The benefit of a properly used Halti Harness is that it gives total control over the dog's shoulders and thus sets the direction in which he can move. Best used in conjunction with a double ended training lead such as the Mikki 7 in 1 lead, linked to both the chest and shoulder rings of the harness.

Faulty Items
If an item is faulty through manufacturing defect and within the manufacturers warranty period, please contact us. We will agree with you the best way to return the item, and whether to send a replacement or refund you in full (including P&P).

Training or Behavioural Items
As dogs respond to different training methods, we regret that we are unable to offer refunds on behavioural items or training aids unless they are faulty.

Other Returns
Most items can be returned to us for any other reason, provided they are returned 'as delivered', within 14 days of dispatch, unused and in the original and undamaged packaging. A refund will be made for the value of the goods (excluding P&P) less any credit card transaction costs, usually 5-7%. If an alternative product is required, additional P&P will be charged.

Items returned with damaged packaging or outside of the 14 day period may be subject to an additional 25% flat fee.

In the case of packaged collars and other Dog Wear that are clearly marked with size information, we strongly recommend that you measure your dog BEFORE opening the packaging.

If you choose to cancel your order after entering your credit card details, any transaction charges incurred by us cannot be refunded.
